Subscription Policy

At Once Upon a Forest, we offer a subscription to forest diary pages, delivered on a recurring basis.

Sign-up window Sign-ups are open until the 20th of every second month. Orders placed before this deadline will be included in the upcoming cycle.

Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time before the 20th of every second month, while sign-ups are still open. To cancel, please contact us at geuzenbosvideos@gmail.com before the deadline.

Cancellations requested before the 20th will be fully refunded. After the sign-up period closes, your order for that cycle is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Billing You will be billed once per cycle, at the time your order is confirmed. There are no hidden fees.

Changes to your subscription If you wish to pause or modify your subscription, please get in touch before the sign-up deadline of the 20th.
