At Once Upon a Forest, shipping is included in the price of every order - no surprises at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping We ship to all countries via standard postal mail.

Free shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands. All other countries: €2.00 flat rate.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services. As a general guide, European deliveries typically take 1–2 weeks, while international deliveries may take 2–4 weeks or longer. These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Our shipments are sent via standard post and do not include tracking. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Dispatch Orders are dispatched after the sign-up period closes on the 20th of every second month, once all subscriptions for that cycle have been processed.
